I’m guessing the fundamental reason was the Los Angeles Time Sunday Real Estate section wasn’t making enough money, otherwise, why would they drop it?
And why wasn’t it making enough money?
The internet.
We don’t even subscribe to a newspaper. Why kill the trees when much more information is online for free?
