McDowell Mountain Ranch resident Myryka Nunya said a gas station at that location will spoil the pristine nature of the neighborhood.
” We have tried to preserve the look and feel of the desert and seeks some separation from the city,” Ms. Nunya said. ” Adding a cheap gas station to the corner will only turn this quiet, comforting area into a bustling commerce corner filled with loiterers and noise.”
