This was the first vacant lot sold in Paradise Valley in 2011.
Interesting that this 1.1 acre lot sold for $612,500 this year but for $515,000 in 2010. Nice little profit there.
This is also a weird property because it sold for $1,475,000 with a house on it in 2007. That owner tore down the house and put the vacant lot on the market for $1,195,000 in 2009 before eventually selling in 2010 for $515,000. (I assume the plan was to build a new home on the site but that plans changed.)
This lot in Camelback Country Club Estates backs to Invergordon Rd which is a ding on value. Invergordon is a residential road but it’s a busy residential road.
