I just updated all of the metro Phoenix zip code home price charts listed at the bottom of the right-hand side bar (or at the very bottom of some pages) with October 2012 median home prices.
Really interesting stuff. Home prices seem to be particularly strong this fall in the SE Valley.
Hopefully, I’ll have time this holiday weekend to discuss where metro Phoenix home prices are headed.
