In 2011, MLS sales were the second highest sales record of the decade (100,959), second only to 2005’s housing bubble peak (104,725).

47% of Phoenix home sales all cash in 2011

Surprisingly, 47% of those sales were cash. Not surprisingly, 63% of the cash purchases were for homes under $100,000. Another 24% were in the $100,001 to $200,000 price range.
