“Contemporary” is big in the descriptions Realtors are giving this morning.
“Organic comtemporary” is a new phrase to me and likely going to compete with “soft contemporary” as a descriptor of where luxury home architectural styles in Paradise Valley appear to be headed.
ADDED: Just heard “soft rich contemporary.”
ADDED January 2012: Just saw a listing with “warm contemporary.”
