Saw a PV listing described as “mediterranean contemporary” but the home had zillions of columns in the interior and exterior.
For me “contemporary” doesn’t fit with columns regardless of the interior design. The interior design had some beautiful clean lines and was perhaps “transitional” but certainly not “contemporary” in my opinion.
More than anything, I think it shows that contemporary is the new preferred style in Paradise Valley architecture.
