DMB Associates, the developer of the high-end communities of DC Ranch, Silverleaf, Power Ranch, Verrado, Marley Park, Superstition Springs and Forest Highlands (Flagstaff), closed on the purchase of the 3,200 acre GM Proving Grounds in Mesa.
