Looking for Homes Sold?
I used to publish home sale prices for all metro Phoenix zip codes here at Arizona Real Estate Notebook and I’ve gotten several emails lately from readers asking where the home sold prices are.
I don’t publish home sold prices here anymore. Sorry. (But you gotta check out the new zip code pages anyway to see the new interactive graph of home price trends.)
Now I have something better
I can set you up to see homes sold in your zip code or your neighborhood that includes not only the price, year built and square feet but PHOTOS and a bunch of other information about individual homes sold in metro Phoenix.
This data is NOT PUBLIC. You won’t find it publicly online anywhere. But as a Realtor, I can set it up for you to see the same information real estate agents see on homes sold and on the same MLS website!
If you’re a numbers person like most of the readers of this blog, you’ll LOVE the new system.
To get started, email or call me. I’ll make a custom mini-website that you can visit anytime to get the latest information on homes sold and their prices.
Check it out!
Click here to see an example for Paradise Valley 85253. (This link will no longer be available after 02/08/2014.)
If you would like to try it (and you’re not working with a real estate agent already), give me a call at 480-600-0947 or email me at John at JohnWake.com.
Thanks!
John Wake
