The interpretation is pretty easy. The market is returning to a normal market. Which is the long run is a good thing. Not as good for those of us who are still looking for fix and flips.
John, agreed. It slowed down to a normal market but when the market put on the brakes it caught most people off guard. Quick question, but maybe not a quick answer. :) How many homes in Maricopa County are worth below $100,000? I just need a ball park estimate.
