The National Association of Realtors just came out with their estimate of median home price changes from the first quarter of 2006 to the first quarter of 2007.

According to their data, the median home price in Phoenix declined 2.2% over the year while Tucson declined 2.5%.

12.1% Oklahoma City, OK

12.0% Farmington, NM

11.2% San Antonio, TX
