Yep, the median home price in metro Phoenix rose an average of $3,167 a month from July 2011 to July 2013.

That number really dramatizes the huge appreciation we’ve seen. Most Phoenix homeowners have been living rent-free, so to speak, for 2 years.

That’s certainly not going to last forever but it sure has been a great run and we certainly deserved it after 2008’s cliff.
