Robert Shiller of “Case-Shiller Home Price Index” fame doesn’t make ANY predictions on home prices.

I can understand why. Nationally, I can see a lot of reasons why prices would fall more but locally it’s hard for me to find reasons why the median home price wouldn’t continue to increase in metro Phoenix. As always, this may not apply to your zip code.
