This lot also has an interesting story.
It sold to a development company for $1,710,000 with a house on it in 2006.
It went on the market at the very end of 2008 with the lot already scraped but failed to sell. The original list price at that time for the vacant lot was $1,995,000.
It apparently went into foreclosure and was purchased at a foreclosure auction for $681,000 in November 2010 before selling in January 2011 for $834,000.
It’ll be nice to have a new home on the lot.
