I’m helping my niece find a single family residence near downtown Phoenix for under $130,000. Yep. That’s right. These are not Architectural Digest type homes.
She’s put offers on 2 homes, both had been on the market for months and both were sold out from under her offers!
The last one had been on the market for 4 months and had not received a single offer according to the listing agent. (You had to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the one bathroom.) My niece made an offer and another offer came in during the counters.
And this is December! What’s January going to be like.
Maybe it’s just bad luck or maybe it’s just this price and location… but dang!
