Catherine Reagor has an amazingly level-headed piece on the Arizona home foreclosure rate. I guess the copy editor didn’t insert an inflammatory headline into the story this time.
Even as the number of people losing their homes in the Valley jumped tenfold during the past year, Arizona’s foreclosure rate stayed in the bottom 10 among U.S. states.
Nevertheless, the Arizona foreclosure rate is likely to take off in the second half of 2007 and stay high for a year and a half or two.
[Catherine, did you know that your source, ACORN, was in a voter fraud scandal in Missouri? They aren’t an ethical source in my opinion. You can find better.]
