Saxa, formerly Shea Commercial, who pioneered and dominates the office-condo market spent $10.19 million for nearly 11 acres (over $900,000 per acre) of State Trust land at Frank Lloyd Wright and 100th Street.
Riggs said the project, which could break ground within nine months, will include up to 100,000 square feet of space with mostly two-story buildings buffered from nearby homes.
