I am trying to find information on which zip codes should have the highest appreciation on residential homes in 2014 in the Phoenix metro. Can you suggest a website or source on the net to look at? Having a really hard time finding this right now for some reason.

Ann, Did you check out the zip code pages on this website? Below the zip code map on each page is an interactive chart where you can see trends in the monthly average price in any metro Phoenix zip code.
ASU has a ton of data which could be helpful, http://wpcarey.asu.edu/research/real-estate-research/reports.
I think a big story in 2014 will be rapidly rising inventory of homes listed for sale but you might want to check for areas where inventory is rising less fast that most.
