Scottsdale AZ property tax, sales tax and utility bill comparison

This is a surprising chart!

There’s a lot more taxes tacked onto the property tax (schools, etc.) and sales tax (State of Arizona, etc.) than what goes to the City of Scottsdale but, nevertheless, this makes Scottsdale look pretty good.
